2.1 Irresistible Charms

Hey guys! Wow, we’ve made it. One total Generation in. Nine more to go… Now that I say it like that I realize we’ve made it nowhere! Sorry for the break this blog has been on. It’s been a busy busy past couple of months. I do have pictures for at least one good chapter!

I would like to move the family, but I really don’t have the time to do any intense moving. And Monte Vista isn’t broken or causing me any problems as of yet. Therefore, for now, at least until after Christmas, the Lemons will be staying in their home in Monte Vista.

We last left off on Eli’s young adult birthday, throwing us into Generation 2!

How does it feel to be heir, Eli?

Eli: Feels like I’m ready to show my irresistible charm to Tammi.

It seems that both of us are oblivious to the fact she’s married.

Also, Nicole seems pretty excited as well, running through unopened doors and such.

Eli: Hello older sister that was kicked out as soon as she turned young adult.

Louisa: Hello idiotic younger brother who somehow got picked as heir.

Louisa is the most mean spirited sim I’ve ever had in game. Seriously, she always looks angry.

And look who else happened to be at town hall while Eli was graduating.

Ghost: Ew, a ghost.

Eli: *Oblivious to harassment*

Don’t be fooled, Tammi was also ewing at him just moments before.

Oh, huh. Looks like Tammi is graduating too. I told you there wasn’t THAT big of an age difference between them.

She then proceeded to change out of her graduation robes to throw her diploma.

Kara: Wtf, is this girl okay?

Kara: Do not fear, younger brother. I will defend you from the insane cougar who attempts to steal our successful families fortune.

What fortune, you’re broke.

After longer than an hour of standing before city hall and doing nothing, (stupid broken graduation) Eli trailed Tammi back to his house for Nicole’s campaign party.

The first thing she did was pull a guitar out of her back pocket.

Tammi: I will not be daunted by you, insane ghost man.

I suppose that stance only lasted a few moments.

Eli rolled a 10/10 attraction for her, and they were good friends or close to it. After she left, Nicole rolled a want to chat with her. That’s a keeper.

You might be wondering why I have a random screenshot of Eli’s prom photo. It’s because, while I was renovating the house, I happened to see how much it was worth. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe prom photos usually sell for 1 simoleon. Tell me why Eli’s is worth 2,000??

Eli: I’m famous.

You wish.

Nicole is super close to completing her LTW. She has a job opportunity to travel to China, and I’m going to send her right after she hits level 9. I should also update the points page, shouldn’t I? Hopefully soon, folks. xD

You might have noticed I spoke of  a renovation a few pictures back. Well, one room renovation. The family is still broke, so I spent all their cash money on the new heir’s room.

Turned out pretty well if you ask me.

OH, and I also put rooms into the upstairs floor. Don’t mind the horrible screenshot, I don’t think I meant to take it.

Only the skills room has been finished. It’s also yellow, because Eli’s favorite color is yellow and I find it to be an intensely satisfying color.

And here are the two portraits of Gen. 1. I also have a few done of Gen. 2, but I just realized I didn’t get Irwin’s OR Louisa’s done before I kicked them out of the house. Do they still count if I get them after? I don’t know legacy rules, people! I just realized that ghost children aren’t supposed to be allowed to be heir! Which I don’t get because vampires, witches, and all sorts of other creatures with very long lifespans are???

Eli: How many rules have you broken thus far?

Welllll… Only you becoming heir, I believe. That being said, I can’t be exactly sure. I’m too afraid to consult back to the rules.

I really need some ambrosia. Ghosts and their slow walking and goofy expressions are fun for a while, but then I get bored of them. Ghosts are cool when their just on a home lot. Being able to walk through walls cuts out all the time it takes them to move. But when off a home lot and just trying to get something done, cue intense annoyance.

Eli took three hours to meet Tammi at the park. Man she needs a makeover.

Aaand that’s all the patience I have for now!

Cue intense flirting about large bodies of water.

And flowers that led her to divorce her husband and high school sweetheart.

Eli: I told you of my irresistible charms.

I had a hard time believing in them since you spent your whole adolescence sculpting and drooling over a married cougar.

That face looks terrified.

And what was your pickup line? “I promise I wont break your heart if you kiss me back?”

Whatever it was, I guess it worked.

Eli: Will you be my girlfriend and move in with me and my parents and two twin sisters?

Who could resist that?

Not Tammi.

Eli: One condition, you need to update your fashion sense. I mean honestly woman, who dressed you?

Tammi’s traits are loner, never nude, virtuoso, adventurous, and disciplined. Sigh, another disciplined sim? Why is disciplined such a common trait? Are all sims natuaral kung fu artists?

Her LTW is Hit Movie Composer. Which scares me, given that Nicole had a work-based LTW that she is barely going to complete before her death. It should also be noted that Nicole had 5 levels when moving in. Tammi has none. She only has gardening levels.

I guess our oldies here are also feeling the love. The term oldies used lightly, of course, seeing Isaac hasn’t aged since the 2nd or 3rd chapter of this legacy. I’ve still got a few more pictures left, but I think I will save them for another chapter.

Hopefully soonish I will find the will to make a new banner that includes Eli and update the points page. Also, I have all of the gen 2 sims ready to be added to the download page. Sometime I’ll do that as well. 😉

I hope you’re all having a good holiday season!
