1.1 Stalk Your Way into My Heart

Welcome back! Last time, we left Isaac after only one day of his boring life as founder. He met three women, one married, one dumb, and one conspicuously perfect.

Now we join him again, just awaking, the beauty of the lighting mod shining down on his golden face.

Isaac: Yes, the sun. I’m lucky it wasn’t winter when you moved me in, since I’m sleeping outside.

Silly sim, all new save files start in summer. I wouldn’t let you suffer that badly. Probably.

Apparently he was actually worried about his outdoor sleeping situation, because he had to check the weather before starting the day.

Isaac: It’s supposed to rain in three days, so I better have an indoor bed by that time.

Like there’s anything you can do about me making you sleep in the rain.

It turns out, he didn’t have much better to do than check the weather. He tried calling Nichole, but surprise surprise, she was at work. I debated calling Florence but noticed story progression had already set her up with a boyfriend. So I resorted to once again sending Isaac to the library to skill.

When Isaac left for work I was left with a completely empty household, and what else does a bored simmer do but stalk the sims around town?

And lo and behold, after wasting about 2 seconds in the park I happened to pass by Nichole’s workplace and LOOK WHO WAS JUST GETTING OFF WORK.

So, like any normal person, I of course followed her to ISAAC’S WORKPLACE.

Looks like somebody has an admirer. Nichole went in, where we can only assume she snuck into the back room to flirt with Isaac.

Only to come outside and read, leaving only a mere 20 minutes before Isaac got off work. DRATS SO CLOSE.

I made him call her, and he proceeded to yell at her over the crowd that had formed around the diner.

Isaac: WHAT WAS THAT?

Isaac: SORRY I CAN’T HEAR YOU OVER THE PARTY THAT IS BEING THROWN OUTSIDE THE RESTAURANT.

Sims are weird. Of course they don’t order any food, they just choose the place to stand around and socialize.

He ended up walking around the building and finishing his conversation there. What’s with the smile, Isaac?

Isaac: I like her.

I LIKE THOSE GRAPHICS WOWEE LOOK AT THAT SUNSET.

I proceeded to spend his entire paycheck on expanding the house enough to fit his bed, because although I said I didn’t care to make him sleep in the rain, I kinda would feel bad.

I even had enough money to paint the walls! Yay for no bad moodlit because of an unfinished room!

One day, we will have a real bathroom. Those will be the days.

The next day was more of the same, beginning with a phone call to Nichole.

And then work, where GUESS WHO SHOWED UP ALL DAY AGAIN. I’ve never had a sim follow mine to work every day. It must be true love.

She then proceeded to whip out this guitar and jam it up.

I think with some new eyebrows and hair, she will be a serious looker.

She even stayed until Isaac got out of work this time. They were both starving so I sent them in for dinner.

All the while, there was still a party going on outside the diner, this time resulting in the birth of a child.

Random Mayor Guy: IS ANYONE A DOCTOR HERE?

Military Woman: NO YOU IDIOT MILITARY PERSONNEL DON’T DEAL WITH SICK PEOPLE.

Cop in Background: SOMEONE CALL AN AMBULANCE PLEASE.

Well, life goes on I suppose.

By the time Isaac and Nichole finished eating, the emergency had moved itself to *hopefully* the local hospital.

I can’t believe she let you kiss her through your stench.

Isaac: It’s love hormones.

They are pretty cute together. Even with the stench cloud.
